Blackout Ranch is 670 acres with 1.5 miles of river frontage, naturally occurring marsh, and meticulous land management, incorporating ponds and milo fields. Our duck blinds feature a shooting porch for 10 hunters, HVAC, internet, television, indoor seating area, and cooking capabilities.  The Ranch has blinds strategically placed on the natural flyway of the Canadian River and on a spring fed marsh that holds ducks year round.
